Materials: door leaves are built from 12-degree quality timber with cold pressing makeup and high-pressure gluing, combined with natural veneer + plywood, veneer / laminated + HDF / MDF, and a solid wood border and solid wood frame. Infilling options include fire plate, perlite board, chipboard, solid core, and a wood and aluminium skeleton with aluminium comb, selected according to the required fire rating, weight and acoustic performance.

Finish: surfaces receive a high-grade UV water-soluble close primer followed by six layers of polish and painting, with PU finished and PE environmental protection / paint-free options. More than 300 colors are available, including wenge, beech, ash, mahogany, red oak, red walnut, antique light / dark, white maple, teak, black ash and sapele.

Hardware: standard lock, SUS304 handle and hinges, door closers and other accessories as requested. All hinges, locks and closers are fire-rated components tested together with the door assembly, ensuring reliable performance in a fire event.

Assembly & Installation

Installation should be carried out by qualified professionals in accordance with the provided drawings and local fire safety regulations.

• Check the opening dimensions and wall conditions; confirm the fire rating and door swing direction required by the project.
• Set the solid wood frame into the opening, level and plumb it, then anchor securely with steel fixings or expanding bolts.
• Pack the gap between frame and wall with fire-resistant mortar, mineral wool or sealant to maintain the fire compartment integrity.
• Hang the door leaf on fire-rated hinges and adjust for even gaps and smooth operation.
• Install the lock, SUS304 handle, door closer and other accessories; verify correct latching and self-closing function.
• Conduct final inspection: check intumescent seals are intact, gaps are within specification, and the door closes fully on its own.
